The member list and search
Read the member list, find a member quickly by name, flat, code or email, and open the edit and delete actions.
Before you start
What this page does
The Members page is the home of all your members. It shows the full list, lets you find one quickly, and has the buttons to add, upload, edit and delete.
Where to find it
Go to Society Management > Members. The heading shows the total, for example Members (11), and the same count is in the top bar as 11 members.

The columns
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Id | The row number in the list (not a member code) |
| Flat No | The flat, room or shop number. The list is ordered by this column. |
| Code | The member code |
| Name | Salutation and full name |
| Email, Phone | Contact details |
| Status | Active for a member who is billed |
| Actions | Gear icon to edit, bin icon to delete |
Search for a member
Type in Search member... above the table. The list narrows as you type and matches the member code, the name, the flat number and the email. The search ignores capital letters. Delete the text to see everyone again.

Buttons on this page
| Button | What it does | Guide |
|---|---|---|
| Upload Members | Add many members from Excel | Upload members in bulk |
| Add New Member | Open the Add New Member form | Add a member |
| Gear icon | Edit the member | Edit or delete a member |
| Bin icon | Delete the member | Edit or delete a member |
Common mistakes and questions
It says "No members found". Either you have no members yet, or your search matches nobody. Clear the search box. A new society shows a link to Add New Member.
There is no filter for wing or status.
The page has one search box only. Search by the code, for example B1 to find codes that start with B1.
The Id column is not my member code. Id is only the position in the list. The member code is in the Code column.
What happens next
